Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Vanessa Briceño-Scherzer is a professional photographer, graphic designer, and media manager for musicians and artists. Her collaborators include The Point Chamber Orchestra, Time For Three, the Dalí Quartet, Pennsylvania Dance Theatre, Adriana Linares (viola), Nicolas Kendall (violin), and Susana Amundaraín (painter).
She has led image campaigns and crafted artist media packages, producing and editing music videos and EPKs for record labels including E1 Entertainment. Her work spans direction, production, and post-production for film and television in the United States and internationally.
Short films such as Fading Away and Silent Conversations have screened at festivals in the U.S. and at venues including Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (San Francisco, CA), Glenridge Performing Arts Center (Sarasota, FL), and The American Pavilion at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival.
